Ensures your Eskuta is always in perfect working order and helps you budget without unexpected future costs.

Inclusive of one year’s servicing at intervals every 4 months (3 services in total). Service includes a complete vehicle health-check, testing of the performance & safety of the Eskuta, tightening & adjustment of components where necessary, consumable parts (as detailed), all lubricants, service materials and labour (at the time of service only).

Includes:

  • Tyres and inner-tubes
  • Front brake pads & rear drum shoes
  • Chain
  • Bulbs – lights & indicators

 Excludes:

  • Suspension parts
  • Brake components (other than listed)
  • Controls, including lighting
  • Body panels, including mirrors
  • Wheels
  • Seat
  • Frame & associated components

The replacement of consumable parts (at the time of service) will be based upon the mileage and condition of the Eskuta and be at the sole discretion of Eskuta Limited. Any additional parts (excluded from the Optional Maintenance Contract) required during service intervals or to comply with the ‘DPG Standards to Maintain Manual’ will be subject to sign-off by the store manager / franchisee.

The Maintenance Contract excludes any and all parts, which need replacement due to damage or misuse. The cost of parts is shown on a separate document.

Please note: Only available at the time of purchase of an Eskuta bike. Any maintenance contract purchased after will not be valid.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Order Confirmation:

Fast Free Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, please see the description tab for more information on each products delivery.

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be prepared for dispatch. If there is any delay such as an item that is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. Where possible tracking details will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you are still waiting to receive tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@pedalevolution.com so that we can help. Delivery times vary depending on which brand you order.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@pedalevolution.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If the return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are requesting a return due to a change of mind, there will be a charge to cover the delivery costs and a restocking fee.

Returns & Refunds:

Our returns policy varies between 14 - 30 days depending on the supplier or manufacturer. If more than 30 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note  that the first 14 days of the return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Any returns after the 14 day and up to the 30 day period will incure extra costs.

Please do not sign for a parcel that has been damaged during delivery, once signed we cannot claim for damages.
