We are now accepting vouchers for all UK Cycle To Work schemes. 

Cycle To Work schemes are aimed at helping individuals save money while commuting to work with a brand-new bike. You can split the cost of the bike into tax-free monthly payments facilitated by your employer, and enjoy savings ranging from 32% to 47% on the purchase of a new bike!

Simply select your desired bicycle, lease it from your employer for an agreed-upon duration, and afterward, buy it at a significantly reduced price.

The process is straightforward: we invoice the employer, deliver the bike, and the employee begins repaying the employer on a monthly basis.

Eligibility:

• Most employees receiving a salary through PAYE can join.

How it Works:

• Choose a bike and accessories from our range and take note of the price.

• Your employer then purchases the vouchers for you.
• You then pay for them from your salary over an agreed period.

Limits and Restrictions:

• Usually a spending limit set by the employer.
• Bike should be used mainly for commuting.

Fast Free Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, please see the description tab for more information on each products delivery.

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be prepared for dispatch. If there is any delay such as an item that is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. Where possible tracking details will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you are still waiting to receive tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@pedalevolution.com so that we can help. Delivery times vary depending on which brand you order.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@pedalevolution.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

If the return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are requesting a return due to a change of mind, there will be a charge to cover the delivery costs and a restocking fee.

Returns & Refunds:

Our returns policy varies between 14 - 30 days depending on the supplier or manufacturer. If more than 30 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note  that the first 14 days of the return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden. Any returns after the 14 day and up to the 30 day period will incure extra costs.

Please do not sign for a parcel that has been damaged during delivery, once signed we cannot claim for damages.
